Welcome to builtechcg.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Builtech Construction Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").  By accessing or using our Site, services, or contacting us for quotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site.

Builtech Construction Group provides construction, architectural design, engineering, and consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial and Residential Construction

  • 3D Concrete Printing and Non-Combustible Construction

  • ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Design and Build

  • Interior Design and Permit Processing

  • Project Management and Consulting

 

Note: The content on this Site is for informational purposes. A formal engagement for our services (e.g., building a home or commercial project) will require a separate, written Construction Agreement or Consulting Contract which will supersede these general Site Terms regarding the specific project scope, payments, and timelines.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials therein, including, without limitation, the Builtech logo, designs, text, graphics, pictures, blueprints, renderings, information, data, software, and sound files (collectively, "Content") are the proprietary property of Builtech Construction Group or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for your personal and informational use.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our blueprints, designs, or Site content without express written permission from us.

 

4. User Obligations

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration or contact information you submit (e.g., via our "Get a Quote" forms) is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
     

5. Estimates and Quotes

Any quotes, estimates, or budget ranges provided through the Site or initial consultations are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer. Final project costs are subject to site inspection, final engineering, material selection, and a signed Construction Agreement.

6. Payment Terms (For Consulting/Design Services)


If you engage us for paid consulting, design, or engineering services directly through the Site or prior to a full Construction Agreement:

  • Invoicing: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Deposits: Retainers or deposits for design work are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your specific agreement.

  • Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by law.


7. Third-Party Links and Products
 

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., material suppliers, financing partners) that are not owned or controlled by Builtech Construction Group. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
 

8. Disclaimers and Warranties
 

Website Use: The Site is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s operation or the accuracy of the information provided.

Construction Services: Warranties regarding specific construction projects (e.g., workmanship, structural integrity) are strictly governed by the separate Construction Agreement signed by the client and Builtech Construction Group. No warranty is created by the content of this website alone.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Builtech Construction Group, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Site or the delay or inability to use the Site.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County (or the appropriate venue for your HQ).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
